Kick off your New Year with an hour of booty-shakin' and calorie-burnin' fun. Follow along to hip hop moves that are perfect for all levels.

What: Your instructor, Hannah, will guide you through easy-to-follow moves set to the best hip hop beats. You’ll have so much fun, you’ll forget you’re working out! Participants usually burn 350-550 calories and get 5,000-6,000 steps in during a class.

Buy tickets in advance online to gurantee your spot. A limited number of door tickets for walk-ins will be available for cash/venmo payment only.

4:00 -5:00 PM: Cardio Hip Hop Class

Where: The VFW is in the heart of Uptown, Minneapolis and offers a fun, non-threatening space to express yourself. The club atmosphere is perfect for a dance party! Free parking is available in the lot behind the building.

Who: All are welcome! You do not need any dance experience or specific fitness level.

Why: We believe in the power of music and movement to bring people together. We believe life should be a PARTY! Join us and punctuate your life on the dance floor.
